Description
The "Fitness Studio" has a fully commercial body conditioning studio equipped with C.V machines, a good selection of free weights, power rack, Olympic bench press and a Cybex cable machine.
There is a fully matted martial arts area with a 16ft boxing ring and a good selection of punch/kick bags.
We also have a nutritional suppliment and fight gear shop to cater for your training needs.
Our services include: personal training, martial arts classes and circuit training classes. This facility will be fully open to the public for independent training.
