Renting of purpose built offices and industrial units of various sizes on Stokesley Business Park. Terry Dicken bought Station Road Industrial Estate in 1986 and split the estate up into smaller units to rent out.
With the demand for units increasing Terry decided to add to his portfolio and bought further estates, units and land and developed them into his own mini Business Park.

Husband and wife team, Mark and Sue Dicken, now look after the running of the estates and can be reached at the site office on Roseberry Court.

Winner of the 2017 Hambleton Business Awards in the Legacy category for the development of the industrial estate and the supporting and promoting of small businesses. 😀



Well we have made it home after a great day out at Stokesley Show. 🎪 Thanks to the Shows committee and volunteers for putting on another great event.
