Just when I thought the morning couldn't get any worse (my usually crazy, hyper active son that wakes at 6am every morning decides to sleep in until 8:20 for the first time EVER and then has a meltdown because we can't be late 🤦🏼‍♀️ 10 mins later we are at the school gate in the rain refusing to kiss me goodbye)... I then go off to open the Tea Room to realise that my darling other half has got the keys in the car...an hour and a half away 🤷🏼‍♀️ So...we are still opening today as we have some lovely afternoon teas booked in but just a little later than usual, sorry for any inconvenience this has caused please feel free to blame the man! Mother, Sharon please could you get some spare keys cut today 🙏🏻 Hang in there with us, we are sorry. It's the joys of being a small, family run business I guess and we are still learning. Have a lovely (wet) Friday. Pop in for a cuppa later to warm you up and point and laugh at the MAN!

***PLEASE SHARE*** We are so excited to be getting married in less than 3 weeks time 😱 and go on our 'family moon' with 16 of our closest friends and family but unfortunately for Rose's Tea Room we have some sad news... We are going to have to close 😟 We will be closed from: Saturday 23rd September 2017 to Wednesday 3rd October 2017 (closing early due to hosting a lovely lady's wedding in the tea room) We have decided to close for the wedding and holiday because everyone who helps run the tea room will be with us. We are sorry for any inconvenience this will cause our lovely customers and we hope to see you back in there as the new Mr & Mrs Bowley ❤️🌹

We had the pleasure of hosting an afternoon tea for 30 people for a wonderful lady's 70th Birthday this week. We prepared, set up, served and cleaned away everything so that the special birthday girl could enjoy her day. We even teamed up with Kathy Robinson who provided the most beautiful birthday cake (pic to follow when I find one 🙈) which was absolutely delicious. ...and to top it off the sun was shining ☀️🍓🍰🥂🌹
