Welcome to the Pegasus Property Group! We are a property investment and management company based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. We are a young, highly motivated team of local property investors who specialise in Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMO's). We already have our own sizeable HMO portfolio so you can rest assured our advice when it comes to property investment in Stoke-on-Trent is sound. We offer a full investment service including sourcing, renovation, HMO licensing, marketing the property for tenants and management, all in a one stop bundle.
