Last night we celebrated the new year, and our season so far, with our senior and open athletes. It's nice to see them out of Lycra. But only once a year.

We're incredibly excited about our first Friday back in the gym tomorrow night. We're throwing parties to start the new year with a bang! All youth (age 5-10) are welcome for fun, games, and to meet a super exciting special guest!
So… January… A time for fresh starts and all that jazz. What are your goals? Get fit? Eat cleaner? Try something new? New Year's resolutions are great and all, but they can be a nightmare to stick to. Why not join our group and try stunting? Our ADULT STUNT class is a great way to try something new, get active, etc. etc. AND make friends that will help you to stay motivated. We'll be at Base Body Fitness tonight at 8:30. See you there!
