There are still a couple more weeks left on the current Strength Boards we have at the box which means there are still some PBs to come for everyone, then a NEW CYCLE will begin! If you would like to get involved and increase your STRENGTH, the next two weeks would be an ideal time to work out some rough maxes, so you can join in the fun when the new programmes begin. We have a BEGINNERS two day a week programme, an INTERMEDIATES three day a week programme, as well as our advanced COMPETITORS programme available.
