Provenance and quality of food and service are the restaurant's core values, with an in-house butcher providing 21-day- hung rib of locally sourced beef, alongside other tremendously traditional and inventively original dishes. The Red Lion is also home to the best gravy in the nation (as widely acknowledged by diners and soon to be made official), and an artisan baker operating just across the road from the pub (leading to our latest catchphrase above).

The wine list is composed by an award-winning team, and fine cask ales come courtesy of local brewery (and Landlords) Robinsons, so you'll feel at home whether its for lunch, dinner or just a drink.
