G has been a member of @lifeleisureUK Romiley for 9 years, she can regularly be spotted taking part in our #Fit4Life course where she always puts a smile on the faces of our instructors with her contagious smile and laughter. She enjoys #boxing, #treadmill work and #football and is working very hard towards her #fitness goals. Every week she continues to amaze us with her dedication and her dry sense of humour! . Here she is working on her #core doing some #RussianTwists moving the blocks from one side to the other and back again for 10 reps. . You will only see him during the holidays though as he is studying musical theatre at Chichester University. . In his spare time he likes doing a lot of dancing and has recently stared in a burlesque show. . I always thought I was healthy but a week after my 30th birthday I developed endometriosis - an extremely painful condition that affects 194 million women worldwide. My world crashed overnight into one of pain, surgeries and confusion and I knew something had to change.
