We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable tennis coach who can deliver professional tennis coaching to our members. The coaching programme at the club runs all year round and there is huge potential to develop a strong, rewarding programme in addition to the group sessions we offer. LIFT - Technique Class DATE: Saturdays, from April 7th TIME: 14:00 Weeks 1- 4 Deadlift Weeks 5 - 8 Squat Weeks 9 - 12 Overhead Press Our brand new LIFT - Technique Class is the perfect introduction to using the barbell for lifting with confidence and for maximum results. In a small group we will look at three foundational exercises that will take your whole body strength and fitness to a new heights. You'll learn to lift, safely, ensuring you gain the best adaptation possible in your training programme. We'll work on form (including video analysis) and utilise different training techniques such as isometric training and resistance bands to take your training to the next level.

RUN - Together Wednesdays 18:30 - Starts April 18th We'd love you to join us for our new RUN - Together sessions. Sessions will be based on looped routes so all levels are welcome. Don’t be afraid, thinking "I’m not a runner" or "I can’t manage that far", the sessions are designed to be adaptable so you improve individually within a supportive group environment. There is no minimum pace required, pressure to manage a particular speed or to keep up with others. Each session will include dynamic stretching and drills designed to improve running form and technique. Over time these will make us a more efficient and faster runner The first 5 weeks will aim to improve different elements of your running including Speed, Speed Endurance, Endurance and Strength.
