Handmade chocolate truffles made from the finest Belgium chocolate & Yorkshire cream to create a delicious taste experience & enduring chocolate memory! The secret of the perfect truffle lies in the finest ingredients,
but it is the passion and creativity of bringing them together
that elevates this taste experience beyond a delicious
indulgence to an enduring chocolate memory.
With over 24 years experience as a pastry chef creating truffles
and petit fours, at some of the most prestigious London hotels,
including; The Dorchester, Savoy and Park Lane Hilton to the
Intercontinental in Dubai, I have developed a passion for
chocolate and an obsession to create the perfect truffle.
Using the highest quality Belgium chocolate, fresh Yorkshire
cream and a blend of secret indulgence, my truffles are lovingly
handmade to create a creamy, rich ganache finished with
the finest powdered sugar.
Ben can usually be found at the following markets around Yorkshire.
Real Food Ilkley - First Sunday of every Month from March to October.
Harrogate Farrmers Market - 2nd Thursday of every month.
Wetherby Farmers Market - 2nd Sunday of every month.
Otley Farmers Market - Last Sunday of the month.
Baildon Farmers Market - Fourth Saturday of the month.
Knaresborough Farmers Market - Third Saturday of the month.

How about ordering a striking looking Croquembouche from Secret Truffles for a wedding or a special birthday? Instead of pastry cream Ben uses chocolate, chocolate and orange, vanilla, lemon, strawberry or salted caramel to fill the profiteroles. Then he uses melted chocolate (instead of caramel) to hold the profiteroles together. Ben can do them as a 2 ft, 3 ft or 4 ft high versions. Secret Truffles will be at Burley in Wharfedale from 12 to 5 PM on Sat. 3rd of December. Xmas lights turn on scheduled for 4.30
Secret Truffles are at Octagon Live, Keighley at the Christmas Market 1 to 4 PM Sat 3rd of December.
Ben will be at the Festive Fun and Fizz Fayre at Wharfedale Rugby Club on Friday (25th Novemeber) from 7 to 10 PM.
