Stafford 10K
Description
10K road race in Stafford on 24 September 2017 The 2017 Stafford 10K will start in Stafford town centre at 10.30am. Subject to confirmation, the planned route will go past Stafford Leisure Centre, before making its way towards Beaconside, then taking in sections of the Isabel Trail, and entering Victoria Park before returning to the finish in a packed Market Square.
Crowds are expected to line the route to cheer on the diverse field of athletes and help them enjoy the thrill of the race. Local community groups, bands, school children and anyone else are encouraged to get involved and offer support to the runners along the course.

10K Top Tip - try to not eat a big meal within 2 hours of your run. This will help blood flow to your muscles and reduce indigestion. It is important to have energy while you are running so try to eat healthy meals and snacks throughout the day. #Training
