Student availability update: thank you to all who applied for a property yesterday. Demand was high, and we quickly filled all available viewing appointments (max 6 groups per property). Although we sought to remove a property from our website as soon as six viewing appointments were filled, demand was so high we received 15+ applications for some properties before we were able to remove it from the website. **If you have not heard back from us by now with a viewing appointment, we regret to inform you your group was not amongst the first six applications received. Should any property not be let following the initial round of viewings, we shall contact the next six in line to arrange a second round of viewings.** Any remaining properties following this will be re-advertised on our website next week, so please keep checking our Facebook page. 17/18 STUDENT PROPERTY AVAILABILITY: we shall be advertising our available 17/18 student properties this WEDNESDAY (25th January) at 10am via our website. We have excellent availability of 4 & 5 bedroom properties in particular this year. 2, 3 & 6 bedroom properties are in relatively short supply due to a high number of existing tenants staying on. We have no 1 bedroom properties available. We recommend you download an application form from our website today and familiarise yourselves with our application process. Please do NOT send this form to us until we have released our properties and you wish to view one (or two). You can apply to view up to TWO properties. Please note, our website currently displays ALL the student properties on our portfolio, however only a select number will become available for 17/18.
