We are really trying to do our best here....we are putting 8 clinics on in November, normally this would be 4! We really hope that we can book everyone in who is waiting. ****** ALL OUR 7 OCTOBER CLINICS ARE NOW FULLY BOOKED***** It’s extremely busy at the moment. We have put extra clinics on in October but it’s still not enough. Marilyn has taken phone calls non stop the last two days. We will have November dates in the first week of October.

Some announcements!! From next week we will start to book in the October clinics. We will have 6 clinics so hopefully we can book everyone in this time. Monday is bank holiday and Tuesday we are having a clinic so we are not available to make any appointments on these days! We have noticed that a lot of people are calling our phone number at the clinic to make an appointment. This is not correct as we are only there when we have a clinic and then we are busy with taking the X-Rays. For appointments please call 01329 230052 between 12.00 and 18.00. We have found out that google is giving the wrong number to call us and google also gives the wrong directions to our clinic! So if you didn’t get through the last time or we didn’t pick up you might have called the wrong number! We have been trying to change this on google but we haven’t had any succes with this yet. We hope to see you all soon.👍

Hi All, We are very sorry but all our six clinics in September are now fully booked. Marilyn has been non stop on the phone on Monday booking in all the people who got through. In about 3 weeks time we will set the October dates. We hope to do another six clinics and maybe more to give everyone the opportunity to get an appointment. We hope to see you soon.

As soon as we have the Aug dates we will let you know! **** ****July 2020 appointments**** The BVA are not yet working and have a massive backlog. We are now booking appointments for the end of July. Calls will be answered on 01329 230052 between 12 & 6 PM when we are home.

****Appointments before lockdown**** The people who had an appointment in March or April and we had to cancel because of the lockdown can call Marilyn to reschedule their appointment. 01329 230052. At the moment we are slowly starting up our clinics again with booking in the people who we had to cancel in March and April because of the lockdown. Marilyn has started to call the people who had an appointment on the 26th and 28th of March. In the next few days she will call the people who had an appointment in April. WE CAN’T BOOK ANY NEW APPOINTMENTS YET AS WE DON’T HAVE ANY FORMS TO SEND OUT. The BVA is still closed, they are not scoring and they cannot access the office to send us the new forms yet. UPDATE ON RE-COMMENCEMENT OF BVA SCORING. This is an email we received from the BVA today after our enquiry about re-commencement of BVA hip and elbow scoring. Dear Marilyn Thank you for your email and I hope that you are safe and well. Unfortunately we cannot estimate a date, we have had to close our office and furlough our team due to being classed as non-essential work and are unable to access our office until we can adhere to social distancing measures. We are currently looking into the logistics of how we can start up the schemes again in line with new government guidance ensuring our staff and scrutineers safety but this is not something that can be done quickly. As soon as we are able to receive submissions and start scoring again, we will make sure that our website is updated and we will contact all practices and vets that use our scheme. My sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you or your clients but I hope they understand that this is a situation beyond our control. *******Clinics cancelled!!!****** Firstly we want to say a big Thank you for your continued loyalty and support throughout these uncertain times. We feel we need to comply with government advice and help to get the message out to STAY AT HOME. We also need to protect our staff members as well as our customers, therefore we have made the decision to temporarily stop our clinics with immediate effect until further notice. This isn’t goodbye it’s just a ‘see you soon’ and we really hope it is soon, the quicker people listen to the advice, hopefully the quicker this will be over. Please stay safe and please stay home!
