Climb Durham Cathedral's central tower for outstanding views over Durham - it's such a great feeling when you conquer the 325 steps! The central tower is usually open 10am-4pm (last entry 3pm) Monday to Saturday, & Sunday 1pm-3pm (last entry 2.30pm), although may be closed in extreme weather.
