A fun dance fitness class to latest chart music giving a fun but amazing workout! Suitable for all levels of fitness!!! Moky fit is a fun dance fitness class, like no other class you will ever have been to, all routines are choreographed to the latest chart hits. You are guaranteed a great workout, you will sing, shout, sweat and have so much fun you'll forget your working out! A great class for cardio and toning with no age limit or performing arts degree required. We accept youngsters from the age of 13 at a reduced price. Ask me about current deals!
