Once again Legion Fitness are the proud to sponsor the annual weightlifting competition at the Vaisakhi Mela. Held at Handsworth Park and organised by Shere Punjab !! The event will feature a bench press and Deadlift competition as well as free literature and information about the Sikh faith.
