Respect the lead finally! Dogs are often on the lead for lots of reasons, they could be aggressive, they could be in season, they could be nervous, they could have just had surgery, lots of reasons. Don't be an idiot and let your dog run up to them, it's simple!

Boston swimming like a boss!

Here is the big boss man Boston! I have found Rottweilers to be the most gentle giants and amazing swimmers. This video is of Boston's first swim. He absolutely loves to swim and his exuberance for life and swimming is highly contagious and very amusing!

One of my long term residents Ridley recovering from major surgery this weekend, to have a 2inch seaweed stem removed from his intestines! Get well soon Ridley and hope you back to your crazy self soon! Beware of the seaweed folks! x

Absolute pleasure to swim VIP Paris the Rottweiler this week! 1st session in pool went perfectly, as she is such a clever girl and an amazing swimmer! Paris has been having hydrotherapy in the Tudor aqua treadmill pre and post cruciate surgery. After 12 sessions she has now, with vet's permission, progressed to the pool. She is making a fantastic recovery, gaining an inch muscle mass already, thanks to her hydro and careful owners.

My phone broke last night so had 5 secs today where it worked and it's gone again. Won't charge! Apologies if you trying to get in touch with me!

Heart goes out to all my clients who are absolutely terrified this weekend, especially Cain and Archie, Kula, Ridley, Olly and my Mac and all the other poor sufferers. Hope they all ok and it stops after tonight!

Tonkin is a lively, lovable puppy who came for hydrotherapy after suffering a fracture. He needed to gain strength, muscle mass and weight bear on his leg again. Tonkin had never swam in his life but after a few sessions took to it like a duck to water! Credit to him and his careful owner. He is now doing fantastic and fully recovered!

Here is one of my old favourites Jarvis! Jarvis has been having hydrotherapy since Jan 17. He came to build strength and muscle mass post femoral head excision surgery. He started in the tudor aqua treadmill and progressed to the pool. He has fully recovered but still comes once a week to maintain his fitness and strength. Plus he loves it! if you met him, you would want to steal him, as he's adorable! Jarvis wears a neck collar in the water as he hates getting water in his ears.
