First case currently in pressing in my new Zubler Vario Press 300 ezr
All hand waxed and carved and under half an inch across.
Upper BDT bridge on 5multi-base abutments,Pekkton framework with GC Lisi Press crowns. I've yet to layer the gum tissue but will be doing so shortly. The lower is 5 Zirconia telescopic primaries on biohorizons implants with a co/cr secondary framework made in several sections and bonded together on the model for passivity. (This is my demo case so a live case would be bonded together in the mouth.) and a regular acrylic denture is processed around the frame using Merz Weropress pourable acrylic characterised with Twiny gum composites and Merz Artegral teeth characterised with GC Optiglaze Colour.
Trying out my Optiglaze kit 😎 this stuff can really raise the game.
It has just dawned on me that Best Aesthetics was started by me 5 years ago yesterday. So I'd like to thank everyone who has supported me in that time and I'm looking forward to the next 5 years.😎
