Hi Folks, I would just like to address two of the most common questions i get asked..one is a genuine question the other a bit of sarky undertone to it...so here goes. Question: Are you part of a corporate set up? Answer: No.... i am an independent set up or sole trader if you like. So therefore i do not have the budget of the big corporate set ups but have strived to give the best service that i can and the best set up that i can. Question: Cushy number running a gym i bet? Answer: No definitely not... i do 65 hours a week but I love it. It's just me and my trusty employee Kez (who does a sterling job). KFit provides a totally different atmosphere and set up and is considered unique for this, compared to other gyms. KFit is finally starting to climb out of the precarious position it was in 2 years ago and that's all thanks to you our loyal and bestest members. karl 😘🤛💪 PS forgot my two super hero instructors Viktoria and Becky. They are both a massive part of the KFit Family along with Kez and Myself 😘
