It's now autumn... only meaning we've got Winter & Spring to come before we start the summer of 2018 off with a bang! Our favourite tall clown's are eagerly awaiting the sunshine..... X

Thank you to all those who have completed the survey which was anonymous and gave us some incredible reviews on this years event! Below is a couple of points which was raised and the answers for them too! ⚙️⚙️⚙️⚙️⚙️⚙️⚙️⚙️⚙️⚙️⚙️⚙️⚙️⚙️ 1) Lack of information around the event; ✖️ We sincerely apologise for this lack of information. We did have the lineup and time schedules printed and ready to be given out, however sadly they didn't get put out from underneath the ticket office ✔️ Next year we will setup the night before and ensure the ticket office and event space is ready for opening. This year we only had 6 hours to setup the whole event. 2) Not enough acts across the day: ✖️ We provided 14 different acts/appearances across the day: 4 x Bands, 2 x DJ's, 2 x circus shows, 2 x Costume Characters & 2 x Acoustic Musicians. ✔️ Next year we will be meeting with the sound technician to ensure we have the perfect quality sounds to suit your ears, along with a resident DJ who will see you through the times when no act is on stage, so there are no quiet periods! 3) Limited stalls/not enough vendors: ✖️ We booked in 35 different vendors for you to choose from, however sadly 2 x Vendors were in hospital for personal reasons, and another vendor was in a car accident days prior to the event. ✔️ Going forward we are carefully selecting a huge variety of Lancashire based businesses which are independent and represent Lancashire. More crafts, clothing and homeward stalls will be added. 4) Not enough food stalls; ✖️ Having too many food stalls for such event would not be deemed suitable for all the food vendors. Vendors pay to be at the event in hopes of being able to be successful across the day. ✔️ Going forward we will have a Food Court area of the event where all food traders will be together along with the Bar! 5) The circus was terrible: ✖️ We apologise but we do not have the funds to hire a professional circus. The performers you witness are all training professionals who spend hours relentlessly practising every week ✔️ Next year we hope to have a Clown, Fire Show, Balloon Modeller, Stiltwalkers & Acrbats as apart of the circus shows 6) Stage wasn't big enough, get a bigger stage and free entry: ✖️ We would LOVE to open the gates and have it as Free Entry, and get a bigger stage. ✔️ Unfortunately becoming a free event isn't an option, but in light of wanting a bigger and better festival, we have had to up the ticket price by a small amount to ensure we can pay for a better stage & the circus performers you want to see!
