A big thank you to everyone who came to our farmers market today! Fantastic support from all the visitors and from our stallholders who gave us some wonderful food and crafts to buy. A final roundup of what's on tomorrow at our farmers and craft market, 11.00-3.00 at Ridgeway Sports and Social Club. We have stalls selling (deep breath!) pork, beef, buffalo, smoked meats and fish, tornado potatoes, sweet and savoury pies and quiches, draught and bottled real ales, cheese, chutneys, jams, sauces, mushrooms, chocolates, preserves, honey, pate, bread, olives, veggie curries, wood-fired pizza, cakes, cupcakes, muffins and brownies, gemstone and silver jewellery, candles, soaps, cards, clocks, pens, textiles, Christmas decorations, paintings, mulled wine, mince pies and tea and coffee! Live music from Bessamer Brass ensemble and Bella Dolci singers. One lucky person will win a fabulous food hamper worth over £100, all kindly donated by our stallholders. Limited free parking and free entry! Don't miss it, it's the best quality farmers market around!!

Christmas Farmers and Craft Market at Ridgeway Sports and Social Club on Sunday, 11.00-3.00. Over 40 stalls selling locally produced foods and handmade crafts. A fantastic range of food to try and take home and lots of ideas for Christmas presents. Come on down, listen to the brass band and singers, try a buffalo burger or pork sausage, pizza or veggie curry and a glass of real ale or mulled wine. Wow, thanks to Fuse Fireworks for a fantastic display at Ridgeway last night! We hope everyone who came along enjoyed the evening. Ridgeway Firework Spectacular, tomorrow, Saturday 29th October, gates open at 6.00pm. Fabulous display set to music, plus hot food, drinks, bar and stalls. £5 entry, children under 12 free, tickets available on the night. Disabled parking only, if you can walk please do, and no dogs permitted. This is a great display, don't miss it!! All proceeds go to two charities, Ridgeway Memorial Charity and Ridgeway Under Fives.

A joint event between the Sports & Social Club and Ridgeway Under Fives. Fabulous professional firework display, food and drink. Sunday 20th November - Farmers Market. 50 stalls selling locally produced foods and handmade crafts. A real treat for foodies and a great place to buy special Christmas gifts, plus live music and free entry. Sunday 9th July 2017 - Ridgeway Carnival. A great day out for all the family. All these events raise funds for the village amenities so please support!
