CrowditBuildit Property Crowdfunding
Description
CrowditBuildit Ltd is a specialist organisation specifically set up to crowdfund property development. CrowditBuildit Ltd is a specialist organisation specifically set up to crowdfund property development, with a view to returning loan capital together with a return on investment to our investors (‘the crowd’). Established in 2015, the management team have over 25 years’ experience in the custom-build sector having successfully built over 250 houses on this basis, as well as being involved in present day projects.
The company has developed a structure by which investors (‘the crowd’) invest to cover the cost of both the land and construction of the new-build project. Once complete, the property purchaser(s) pay back the investors and move in to their new home. The Crowdfunding approach to home building as an owner or investor, responds directly to the desperate need for more new homes to be built in the UK.
CrowditBuildit, and Crowdfunding Custom-build, is the result of a collaborative project between a leading University and a City Council in the UK.
