🙋🏼‍♀️ ANNOUNCEMENT 🙋🏼‍♀️ Can I make this very clear. Before you book and pay a deposit you are told it is “NON REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE “ if you go ahead and pay your deposit your are again told in your confirmation it is “ NON REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE “ and advised to take travel insurance out should you wish to cancel. This is MY business and MY livelihood. So if your not happy with MY rules, then simply don’t book to stay here !! I’ve been absolutely hounded , again, with legal threats over yet another deposit and I’m simply not taking crap off anyone anymore. If I have to cancel you then I will of course refund you. If I am closed down then your deposit will be transferred to another date. But I’m open and until / if that happens again.... your bookings can go ahead wether you need to reduce numbers or change your group, it can still go ahead.... Can I also remind people the covid is going to be here this year and probably next year. So again, if you think it’s going to affect your booking, simply don’t book because your are in affect, chucking £50/£100 down the drain, unless of course you take my advice and have travel insurance .... thanks Tracey

I don’t make any money out of them, I’m simply helping local businesses and friends 💕 first up we have our fantastic florist Eastend Florists Sunderland ..... Milana is up there with the best in all her work she does, but her new “life size bouquets “ are simply amazing 😍 so we do an arrival package which starts at £35, for this you get a £25 bouquet a bottle of Prosecco and a box of chocolates. You can upgrade your bouquet to whatever price you want. Life size starts at £50 and is worth every penny and will gain you major browny points 😂❤️ Next up is my 2 in house beauty therapists 🤗 Tracy has over 25 years experience in the industry. I call her magic fingers, her massages are amazing. No stupid spa prices either..... £25 for half an hour, £45 an hour. Leanne is quite new (2 years plus ) to the industry and is always studying and gaining new certificates and qualifications, her facials and pedicures are delightful.
