KIMLIN COTTAGE & JENNY SPRING are beautifully converted cottages, formerly farm building they are south facing with  fabulous views looking down over the vale. Situated at High Yedmandale Farm, near West Ayton, set in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park.
Peaceful & tranquil, surrounded by open fields, countryside and woods.  with nature in abundance yet only 2 miles from the A170.

The cottages are located on a non-working farm with a small caravan and campsite. The ground floor double bedroom and bathroom in both cottages are ideal for less able people. The patios are fenced and enclosed making it ideal for pets and children. For the outdoor lovers, there are lots of walks right from the doorstep, and the wildlife is in abundance with lots of deer in the region.
Dalby Forest, famous for its world cup mountain biking challenges and Go Ape Treetop Adventure, is just short 20 minute drive away. The cottages are a great base to visit the east coast, from Whitby down to Scarborough, Filey and the traditional seaside resort of Bridlington. See puffins and gannets in their natural habitat at the RSPB sanctuary at Bempton.

The village of Pickering is home to the North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway, here you can catch the train up to Goathland, home to the TV programme ’Heartbeat’, and then onto Whitby. The medieval city of York is less than an hour away by car. Visit the famous York Minster, museums or enjoy a leisurely cruise along the river.
