Friday night sports sessions for young people 10 years and up. Starts this Friday 6th September at 7pm see poster attached. Free session first night, there after it will be £1 per night and membership details will be given.

Junior and Senior youth clubs starts tomorrow 28th August at 6.15 to 8pm for primary 4 to 7 and senior S1and up from 8 to 9.45pm. Primary 7’s can stay in until 9pm. The memberships are due and can be paid that night upstairs from 6pm until 8pm for Youth Clubs, Youth Cafe and Peerie Club

We are open this Saturday at 6.30pm until 10pm everyone 10 years and up welcome. Hot food, fun and a great place to meet your friends with great staff. Come along and try it! The Peerie club is on at 3pm until 4.30pm from children in P1,2 and 3, all welcome. The houseband will meet at 1.30pm until 3pm The Junior and Senior youth clubs start on Wednesday 28th and memberships can be paid upstairs that night for all clubs

I'm holding discussion groups across Shetland over the next few months, looking at people's experiences with type 2 diabetes (and related type 2 diabetes risk conditions) and I would love to have you along to one of them. .
