All paddocks sprayed and fertilised. 60 x 40 all weather arena with sand and rubber surface. Miles of off road hacking, around either country park or farmers field or hacking along quiet country roads. Secure tack room, tea and coffee facilities and flushing toilet. Parking for trailer and lorries (free). Owners live on site.
