Still on the theme of cars and roads today, the boys made their own road with blocks. And knocked it down and rebuilt it many times!

Some other activities from this week. Dinosaurs in the snow and making cakes!
We have been playing shops this morning! 👛☎️🛍 Lots of ‘Please’ and ‘Thank You’ and ‘What would you like?’ The children were writing and mark making, compiling lists of everything that was bought along with every customer’s name!
Making dens 🏕
Lots of counting and talking about numbers today 0️⃣1️⃣2️⃣3️⃣4️⃣5️⃣6️⃣7️⃣8️⃣9️⃣🔟 This also lead to some positional language and discussing colours “in red car it goes round the corner” Then the children decided to draw ‘Rosie’s House” on the map and some other important places. The eldest of the group wrote some road signs and directions!
🚗🚕🚙Tomorrow we will be continuing with our love of cars and doing some number recognition too. Can we park the right car in the right parking space? 🚗🚕🚙

A little trip to Shenley today to see the fairies 🧚🏼♂️. The boys weren’t really feeling the outdoors today so we went home and read lots of books 📚.
