Sporting success at Rustington once again. Our Tag Rugby team travelled to Brighton on Tuesday to play against all the other area winners, coming an amazing 13th out of all schools in Sussex. And our Rounders team soundly beat all-comers yesterday at our Littlehampton schools tournament, achieving 1st place. Well done guys - awesome performances from everyone involved.

Nothing better than cuddling up in your PJs with a cup of hot chocolate and a bedtime story. Early Years had a wonderful evening full of fun, books ... and some dubious acting by the teachers! Thanks everyone for your fantastic support, as usual :)

West Sussex County Council: Environment & Planning
We are encouraging parents to make their views known about the final phase of our expansion plans. Obviously we will do all we can to help avoid traffic congestion with a larger school but the benefits to our children's provision will include; a new library, additional small group rooms, an improved entrance in Old Manor Road, safer access routes for visitors with CCTV and external security doors around the whole school, new sound and lighting system in the hall... and more...

Thank you to everyone for supporting 'Scoot To School' day. Over 60% of children walked, scooted or rode their bikes and our scooter racks and bike sheds were filled to the brim. With your support for events like this we're one step closer to achieving our Travel Plan silver award. Keep scooting to school! :)

We had a few hundred building inspectors look round the new classroom today! One of them asked, 'How much does all this weigh?' Tony the foreman said, 'The roof weighs 13 tons, there are 8 tons of bricks and 30 tons of concrete went into the floor.' :D
