A huge thank you to Wayne Bramley of Bramleys Independent Funeral Directors for all the special and comforting touches for our Dad, Brighty, Blue, How Much Man. We also would like to thank Reverend John Morahan who delivered the service and Memories of Brian,,,,I cannot believe how many people came to us and said ...It was the best funeral they have attended because it was a celebration of HIS life and not depressing and morbid!....It wasn't a religious service. He loved Sister Act and commented if Church was like that he would have attended. The service still included The Lords Prayer as Dad always said ...Night God Bless ...no matter what time of day!! The Reverend also added words of Committal from The Native American Indians ....On leaving we had ...Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life and left him a single red rose to send him on his way...Reverend Morahan also invited us to applaud him as a thank you for being part of our lives. Also .....very naughty of him ....he plugged me several times saying he was on commission....NOT!...I wasn't aware he would do this but I know Dad would have been planting the seed to do so as he always had lots of my take out menu's to hand out to anyone and everyone...Bless him! Until we meet again.....xxxxxxxxx

For all those who knew Our Bri, Brian, Blue, Brighty, How Much Man....and most famously....You're Barred!!! He will be leaving my house at 1pm ....Thursday 8th Sept .then to Barnsley Crematorium.....(no flowers please... but if you like/can have a single red rose to give him to send him on his way) and then back to the Legion. ...food will be provided...

Lovely flowers in something recycled.....gluten free choc pudding...twas delicious!.. And today's chocolate sponge with vanilla cream for after tea...mmmm ....Mud pies went down well ....have to make another batch tomorrow..x

By the way.....NO matter what plan you are on you must know that your body NEEDS FATS or it will not function....SO....Look at what our Grand peeps had.....No problems there...In fact..THE facts ARE....WAR babies have and were living longer....WHY? Look at their diets!! Not rocket science is it!!? Fresh food, fresh veg and just normal everyday getting out and about!! x
