water transfer printing (hydro graphics) is a process designed to customise 3 dimensional objects with prints and patterns using the process of water pressure application. this process can be used to decorate a variety of objects and materials including metal, plastics, glass, wood, MDF and many more.
As a result of this being a water based process, the unique flexibility allows us to overcome limitations such as contours and textures which can now be easily covered where as other traditional methods/techniques would find this hard to cope with. we can take your existing product and transform it in to a high end, one off bespoke piece enhancing not only the value but also its appearance.
the process itself involves dipping the selected object in to water in which the water-soluble film of your choice has been laid and activated, the film then dissolves and takes a liquid form and once we submerge the object the water creates a a wrap around effect and prints the floating ink onto the product, once out of the water it is then placed in our washing bay for cleaning. after the cleaning process the dipped object is then moved in to the spray bay for clear coating and finishing. the only barrier in this process is your imagination...!

the service we provide allows us to cater for individuals or companies needs as hydro graphics can be applied to almost and surface/object in designs specifically tailored for you and then given a UV protected specialist 2K coating which allows us to obtain great results. we can offer clear coating in a selection of different finishes including a gloss, semi gloss and matt finish. as part of this process you can choose from a selection of different base coat colours that will enhance the chosen pattern and give you your desirable finished product.
