We are a support group for people suffering from anxiety and depression. We are supported by community grants and there is no charge for any of our groups. Our informal support group meet every Saturday morning at the Romiley Lifecentre @ 10.30 - 11.00. During school holidays we meet at the Romiley Methodist Church Annex.

We hold regular monthly events and have a thriving quiz team which meets every two weeks.
