I would like to thank you all for you patience in recent weeks while I was recovering from my shoulder injury. I'm very happy to announce I'm back in action, still not 100% but getting better. I would also like to welcome on board Chloe, who will be working with me and helping to pamper your pooches. She is a pleasure to work with and the dogs adore her. Chloe has worked in a salon previously and is studying for her L2 assistant dog grooming certificate at Writtle College. Today we both attended a canine first aid course to ensure we know what to do in case of emergency. We will continue to attend seminars and training to ensure the best possible experience for your dog. And lastly a huge thank you to Nancy at https://www.facebook.com/thedogshackessex/ Nancy very kindly took over grooming for me while I was out of action. She does a fabulous job and I trusted her 100% to look after your fur babies and they were all groomed to perfection.

***IMPORTANT NOTICE*** Some of you are already aware that I have been suffering with shoulder pain which has prevented me from working. A visit to an osteopath yesterday has confirmed I have compressed nerves in my shoulder. I am not sure how long it will be until I'm fit for work again. Unfortunately at the moment this is unavoidable and I'm doing all I can to aid recovery. I have another groomer who has been taking on bookings for those I've had to cancel. Daisy is slowly improving after her last operation and she is looking forward to opening her Christmas presents. Thank you all for your well wishes for her. I even managed to squeeze in a bath for Coco today, I couldn't have a groomers dog looking a mess on Christmas Day 😊
