One of the first ever Ladies that Lift @lyns_mann ...came to the first ever class back in April and hasn't looked back! Six months ago she had never even thought about weightlifting and now she's competed for a very respectable 5th place finish, a snatch PB of 27, C+J PB of 32 and 6/6 lifts!
