Ive been asked time and time again to make 911 headers with heater boxes that will offer something more than luke warm. So 3 months of cutting, fabbing, moving, rewelding (you get the picture!) have got us here: a modular header, proper collectors and a decent size heater box. These will fit all models up to but not including the 964, and be available to suit normally aspirated (stock /early style mufflers) or turbo models. The heater boxes are now in the drawing stage ready to be laser cut. I know I have a few people on here waiting for these so please bear with me, we're almost there. For anyone running my current headers, I'm afraid these heater boxes won't fit but I'm happy to take your headers in part exchange for a set of these new versions, please get in touch if you want a set.

Turbo Tuesday... We've just completed this 930 set up as part of our 'new 911 header' program. (More of this soon) this beast came in sounding like a sickly camper, but with a claimed 450+ hp using a set of generic mass produced headers and the most idiotic muffler design I've ever seen. We've built equal length headers with proper collectors, all purge welded and hand finished inside. 76mm bore muffler lets everyone know what time it is... The difference is night and day, it's a beast! Will very shortly have our new design heater boxes fitted. This set up is available to order.
