Kazoku Karate-do is a family run club. We have 3 classes running at the moment. We have 1 fitness class that runs every Monday night at Christ the king church hall,408 Northumberland avenue rg28nr. This is all fitness based and cardio, using focus pads,kick shields and exercise equipment, i.e. Battle ropes,cones,hurdles skipping ropes etc etc. This is all done to music and is a great way to burn those calories off.fun,fun,fun! Come try this non judgemental class, All fitness levels welcome! All genders welcome!
