Bon Appétit has evolved from two people talking about their dreams and aspirations. Mike Male and Qian established Bon Appétit in 2010 at 15 Reading Road. Their vision of the bakery was a small, homely, rustic and timeless village shop. Their goal was to make food that people would buy everyday and appeal to the whole community.
Bon Appétit is not just a shop in the centre of a village; it is part of the local scene. We make friends with the customers we see everyday. In addition, we provide morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea and sandwiches to eat in or take away. Why not come and try us? As the saying goes "The proof of the pudding is in the eating"!
