PhD student Dongwoo Hyun presented a paper at FSU-UF Symposium in Tallahassee, Florida recently, one of the three major research symposia in real estate finance and economics globally. The paper, which is co-authored with Dr Stanimira Milcheva, is titled "Spatial Effects of an Urban Development Announcement and its Cancellation on Surrounding Residential Property Prices – A Quasi-Natural Experiment".
