And we took away some great insights from keynote speaker Professor Jamie Anderson around the importance of creativity and divergent thinking in MR. Did you know that on average people can only really concentrate for 7 minutes at a time, which provides a whole new context around the 90 minute group discussion. It’s certainly got me thinking about structure and flow of my next groups to inject more energy and inspiration vs. drain and perspiration! #companynews
