We've been running classes since March 2008 and we've already helped hundreds of members to get fitter and live a healthier lifestyle through our exercise styles & personalised nutritional advice.
Lesley is your Glow Coach and runs a selection of morning and evening classes in Caterham, Purley, Sanderstead, Selsdon and Warlingham
