Who else agrees that in life, success comes down ALOT to mindset & how we choose to perceive things. If you read any books from successful Entrepreneurs, Business/Life Coaches & World Thought Leaders - Tony Robbins, Jack Canfield & Darren Hardy just to make a few. They all talk about the fact that Success is very much down to working on our mindset, developing a positive solution focused attitude, being willing to work on ourselves through Personal Development & Education & of course the most important factor, taking action. Think how many times in life you’ve been presented with an Opportunity but through Fear or Scepticism you’ve said no. Mindset plays such a huge role in life, those you see getting on & succeeding I can almost guarantee have developed a strength of mindset & have a positive attitude. I use to be the person that seen the negative in situations, I looked for the catch or expected the worst. I had very little self belief & I complained ALOT! If that’s you - it doesn’t serve anyone or yourself, and did you know that your words & thoughts literally attract everything in your life. If you don’t know what I mean check out the Law of Attraction, it’s science & it makes a massive difference! So are you a Glass Half Empty or Glass Half Full kind of person? When opportunity presents itself, do you grab it, run with it & overcome all obstacles on the way. Or are you the person that always catches your self thinking or saying, ‘I just don’t have the time to do that’ or ‘it’s okay for them - they’re lucky.’ If you are, it’s OK, being aware of this is the first step to identifying & changing any self limiting beliefs or attitudes - I catch myself anytime I hear myself complaining or using excuses in life & in business because the reality is - if we believe it will work, it will, if we won’t, well it won’t. See Opportunity instead of Obstacles because anyone who achieves great things in life got there by overcoming LOTS of obstacles & ultimately developing a Positive Solution Focused Attitude 🌟

Sunday = Family Day 💗 Today involved lazing about in our jammies for most of the day, doing our Vision Boards for 2018. If you’ve never made a Vision Board before, it’s a such a fun activity to do with the kids & ask them to pick pictures that represent all the things they love in life 💓 I then had to get dressed & do my makeup for an online business call at 8pm. It’s days like today that make me appreciate so much having a flexible working life, so I can choose my own schedule & can work from absolutely anywhere. Meaning I can spend quality time with my family then put the kids to bed & work on my business. #MumBossLife #BestofBoth It isn’t always easy but it is always worth it 💗

5 year Anniversary building an Arbonne Business 🌟

I like me best when I’m inspiring others to do more, be more & have more ✨ Today Timehop reminded me how much life has changed in the last 5 years. 5 years ago I was working in a 9-5 job that I had a complete lack of passion for, feeling like I was only working to pay my bills, living month to month barely scraping by & living for the two days off I got at the weekend. I didn’t own my own home & had absolutely no idea how I was ever going to afford to save money for a deposit or pay off the 3 student overdrafts I had maxed out! I was drowning in my own self pity desperate for a way out. I had graduated from university with a Distinction in a Business Degree but couldn’t get a graduate job. Life wasn’t bad but I knew there was so much more to life than how I was living. I decided to make a change & reached out to a woman on Facebook that I’d met at a Networking Event & told her I was ready to find out more about the business she had. Fast forward to now and life looks SO SO different! In 2015 we bought our first family home, a house I never ever thought in my 20s I could’ve ever lived in. I’ve travelled more in the last 4 years than I’ve ever travelled in my life. Ive paid off all my student debt & now my business pays me more in a month than my job did in 6 months! I’m a much happier, confident & healthier person as a result. I’ve had the pleasure of being able to coach several people & help them start their own business showing them how to create an additional income in their lives. I work with #Doctors #Lawyers #PropertyInvestors #Athletes & people from all different backgrounds. The only one thing they have in common is a desire to create more in their life! My goal in 2018 is to help as many people achieve their life goals by showing them how to build an online business. You don’t need to have any business experience or skills, be hugely confident or have a big network. You do have to be hard working, bring your enthusiasm & a willingness to learn. Who doesn’t love an all expenses paid Spa Day at the beautiful 5 Star Luxury Resort Gleneagles 😍 A day of pampering, talking all things business & life with some of the incredible women I get to call colleagues & friends! I love that by choosing to build an Arbonne business I’ve been able to meet people who I learn from & most importantly get to laugh with! Grateful for days like this but even more grateful to have people like these smart, savvy women in my life. Surround yourself with people that inspire you & encourage you to dream big & go after all of your dreams ✨

Inspiring, energy filled day yesterday in Aberdeen at Leadership Academy. 🎊 I was bursting with pride getting to hear the wonderful Ella Rad who is in our team train on stage. Ella joined our team 6 months ago after she reached out to me on Facebook to learn more about what I do & to find out whether it could be for her. I love the power of technology & social platforms & how they connect us with like-minded people every day. Ella is a Scientist by day & a Property Investor by night, she absolutely is the definition of busy but recognised the opportunity to start this business building it around her busy schedule to create future chooses. I’m so proud to work alongside this incredible lady, in 6 months she’s built an online business that turns over more than £10,000 in product sales a month, she’s coached several people to build their own online business & helped them create an income for themselves. She’s lost several pounds following our Healthy Living Plan & using our amazing Nutritional products & she has literally grown in confidence & energy right before my eyes 😍 I am massively grateful to have you in my life Ella! Can’t wait to see you achieve all your goals & dreams in 2018 🌟
