North Coast Tai Chi
Description
North Coast Tai Chi offers a gentle way to health and fitness through tailored Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes for individuals and groups.
Bernie is a recognised Tai Chi teacher by Master Zhu Chang Hai, 8th Dan International Wushu Coach and President of the Northern Ireland Chinese Wushu Association. She is a registered instructor with the British Health Qigong Association and Tai Chi for Health Institute. She has been studying Tai Chi and Qi Gong for over 14 years.
Tai Chi and Qi Gong are enjoyable and easy to learn systems of slow, graceful exercise that combine movement, meditation and rhythmic breathing to improve overall fitness and well-being.
Regular practice improves:
Muscle strength – important for supporting and protecting joints, which will reduce pain.
Flexibility – helping reduce pain and stiffness allowing greater ease of movement.
Fitness and stamina- important for overall health and proper function of your heart, lungs and muscles.
Balance, posture, relaxation and immunity.
