The Portlethen Heritage Society
Description
This page is a community resource . All contributions and comments are welcome :-) If you'd like to find out more please contact Carol Mitchell at Portlethen Library. Many of the pictures and documents on this page were kindly given by Norman. T. Nicoll to Frederick Stewart of The Portlethen Heritage Group. He wanted these to be viewed by the locals to see our heritage. We are happy for local people to use these for projects. If people have queries or information about what has been uploaded feel free to comment or contact us on this page. Alternatively visit the library where there is a heritage corner. Other photographs and documents added will have the same permissions of use granted.

That's us now over 500 likes! Remember, this is your page. If you have any old photos of Portlethen that you'd like to share, just bring them into me at the library and we'll upload them with a wee blurb. Happy Easter folks - Carol :) 🐰
Please remember that there is a permanent display area in the library celebrating our local history. These displays are changed regularly and are a real joy to look at. If you haven't been along to see The Heritage Corner yet, you're missing out!!! Carol Mitchell (librarian) 😀😇
