In the U.K. we do not get the intense light that you find in S. Africa, sooooo I stick my young Lithops seedlings up in the roof and they really grow well and thrive, keeping the body nearer the soil surface. The pics show 1/2 year old plants, seed sown into 1/4 seed trays, One of the pans I sowed shows Lithops lesliei Cv. Freds Redhead' growing on........I completely forgot they were up there !!
