Description
Portadown Dance College specialises in Ballet, Modern and Tap dance under ISTD. Examination and Festival opportunities for all. Fully Qualified Teachers. Established over 30 years ago as the Donna Whitten Dance Studio, Portadown Dance College is one of longest running and best known dance schools in the area.
We provide children with the opportunity to entre examinations in Ballet, Tap and Modern under the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance as well as take part in dance festivals and competitions all over Northern Ireland.
Rachel Stanfield (Principal) is a fully qualified ISTD teacher with a degree in dance instruction and a degree in dance education. We are also one of the only schools with an in house singing teacher, Christine Fairley. Who can also offer examinations and festival work in Musical Theatre.
We believe that everyone deserves the chance to dance! So along with our set syllabus classes we have added extra to our timetable this year. With Hip hop, Zumba and adult Tap lessons we have something to suit everybody and we would love to hear from you!

Well done to all the schools who competed in Newry Festival this week but especially to our girls from PDC! We may have only been doing Groups but you all went out and danced each one beautifully!!! I am so proud of you all but a big shout out to the seniors who had to alter Song&Dance, Tap and Modern Groups last minute even with most of you feeling unwell! Well done girls!!! ❤️PDC xx
I am so proud of you all!!!! 👏👏👏 Big well done to each and everyone of my dancers this week at Newtownards festival!! Such well behaved girls backstage and polite to other dancers and teachers! Humble winners and gracious losers and Love the support you show for one another! Big thank you to all mummies, daddies and family members who helped out with hairs, make-up, costumes, props, face paints etc and for having your child there everyday so neatly groomed and on time. I appreciate it all........ THANK YOU So many medals and trophies received, but even better so many memories made together! ❤️PDC

OMG can't even start to believe that this out last year we get to perform together every year since I started dance we did a duet and although we never got a proper duet I don't think it would have made a difference!! This year is going to be the best 💕💕💕 LOVE YOU BABEZ 😘😘😘😘
