First job of the day, an inner forestay mast fitting...all done!
This forestay wire Stalok compression fitting should leave the wire lay nice and smooth, however on inspection it had been previously made incorrectly so we put it right.
Great view today!

A fact finding mission in South of France...very important!
Just as well the mast was unstepped for us to inspect it and replace old rigging wires. The head sail furling system and mast foot were seriously damaged but all replaceable.
These cracks in the mast lower shroud backing plates are a serious issue and will be replaced.
