I’m by no means a nutritionist, so this is why I work closely alongside good friend Lorne Empson of Phalanx Performance Nutrition... any clients / athletes that want first class nutritional programming then this is your man 👌.... however as regards nutrition there are a few essential things that I cannot stress enough... 1.) Hit your macronutrient requirements consistently 2.) Eat mostly minimally processed food 3.) Foods that you enjoy, however refer to 1 & 2 🤔 4.) Buy the best quality food you can afford “WHATS THE BEST DIET”??? THE ONE THAT YOU CAN STICK TO THAT ACHIEVES YOUR DESIRED RESULTS.... food for thought 💭😉

CAMBERED BAR SQUATS HAMMER STRENGTH ROWS GRAPPLER PRESSES SHOULDER TOUCHES (isometric hold for core) PALLOF PRESSES (anti rotation core exercise) KB SUITCASE CARRIES Followed by conditioning work 😉👍🏻.... Whole body training is a method I use with a lot of clients as it allows a lot of volume to be utilised during the session, is extremely time efficient and has a very metabolic (fat burning) effect on the body...
