Along side our own running community, PSRC, we sell the UK's largest range of technical running shoe and equipment on the highstreet. Welcome to Sweatshop @ Plymouth.
The following services are available in store:
• Sweatshop Running Community (FREE SERVICE):
Every Monday - 5KM Run - Meet at 18:15 at the store, ready for the 18:30 start.
Every Thursday - Endurance Sessions - Meet at 18:15 at the store, ready for the 18:30 start.
Unlike any other retailer, at Sweatshop we offer a service for the product we offer. Every week we run various routes in various locations accross various distances, all of which are available to view online or in store. We welcome any runner of any level of training to come and run with us every week and best of all...it's free!

• Gait Analysis (FREE SERVICE):
We aim to help you find the perfect running shoes for you. All full-time Sweatshop staff undertake 3 levels of biomechanical training at Roehampton University. We analyse the foot, ankle and leg in order to find the best fit and best shoe to fit your running style and stance.
• Footbalance Analysis/Insole Moulding (FREE SERVICE):
Footbalance's individually molded insoles support feet properly for improved biomechanical efficiency, thereby helping to improve comfort, health and performance in both sports and daily life. We can create custom moulded insoles for you in store where you’ll be able to try them out on the treadmills right away allowing you to really feel the the reason of why we offer this service.
• Sports Bra Fitting (FREE SERVICE):
At Sweatshop we train our staff to offer you the very best sports bra fitting service. As best-fit advisors, our male staff can offer you tips on how to find the perfect sports bra for you. And as trained bra fitters, our female staff can fit you in your perfect bra according to our best-fit guide, developed in conjunction with Dr. Scurr and the team at the University of Portsmouth. As we go through the fitting process with our customers we teach them the best-fit principles so that they are able to make informed decisions when trying on and purchasing their sports bras.
• 30-day Guarantee (FREE SERVICE):
We are so confident in our ability to find you your perfect shoe, we give all of our store customers an amazing 30-day guarantee on any shoe we recommend, allowing us to exchange your shoes for a different pair if you feel we can get you a better fit.
• Route Mapping (FREE SERVICE):

facebook.comToday is it... Our last SRC run as a standalone store!😰 As we all know, the run is along the Hoe and is slightly shorter than the typical 5k, but it means we all get quicker times! Yay! Also, little drinkypoos in the roundabout after? I'm only going for one, but if anyone cares to wet the baby's head feel free to join us. P.S: there is no baby... Final note in regards to SRC moving to the George St Sports Direct: I have not heard a definite YES, therefore i cannot 100% guarantee anything at this stage. If/Once i get any official information I will be sure to make all of you guys aware, especially those close on their TomTom's🤞 See you all tonight, would be great to see some old faces!

The plan is; no run on Thursday evening before the meal (the shop will be closing at 7pm). 8pm Prezzo, Royal William Yard. Monday 4th, last SRC from the store in Cornwall St, followed by a social gathering at the Roundabout if anyone fancies it. Remember your yellow shirts! 👍

Same as always, you guys smashed it last night🙌 Now, of course the store is set to close very soon, less than two weeks now. That will have an effect on the SRC, and that means all of you! Many options have been discussed; move into the George St concession store, move elsewhere, but what do YOU want to do?🤔 (This is not an answer per-say, but to see what the majority would prefer) Just remember, you lot ARE the community. Nothing will happen unless you guys are happy!✌️

Some really quick runs last night guys! The route is a pinch shorter but that means you can fly around at max effort💪 If/when we receive definite news on the changes occuring in the near future, we'll be sure to let you know.
