As of now, as well as taking deposits for extension fittings, I will now be taking them for maintenance. I’ve just had too many people lately cancelling with short notice or just not showing up to a two hour appointment ☹️ it will be a 50% deposit of the total cost of your service, with 50% left to pay on the day. If you cancel 72 hours before your appointment it can be refunded (or transferred to your new appointment if you re-arrange), however if it’s any later then that it will unfortunately be completely non-refundable. To make this fair I do have to implement this rule to ALL clients and not just those that have a history of no-show/late cancellation. I hope those who are genuine in maintaining & caring for their extensions, as well as my extremely loyal regulars don’t take offence too and are okay with this when asked. Thank you!
