Heath Robinson Museum
Description
First museum devoted to William Heath Robinson, opened on 15th October 2016.A permanent home for the Heath Robinson collection.
This is the official page for the Heath Robinson Museum In Pinner, north-west London. The Museum is the first new purpose-built museum in Greater London for 40 years, providing a permanent home for the Heath Robinson collection and celebrating the life and works of this extraordinarily talented artist, illustrator, social historian and commentator. As well as the permanent Heath Robinson Gallery there is a regularly-changing programme of special exhibitions.
The West House and Heath Robinson Museum Trust is a registered charity and operates as a partnership between local Pinner people and the William Heath Robinson Trust, custodians of the artist’s work.
William Heath Robinson (1872-1944) lived in Pinner from 1908-18, ten of the most productive years of his life.
The Museum received funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund of £1.3m and the remaining funding for the development was raised by local initiatives. Donations are always welcome on https://mydonate.bt.com/charities/heathrobinsonmuseum
