We've also been running awareness sessions on PCUK thoughout the month via posters and leaflets to reinforce the learnings from the sessions that took place over the summer. We'd like to say a big 'gratulerer' (congratulations) to all the runners in our sponsored Three Lakes run in Norway at the weekend. Another fantastic turn-out with 2,346 runners finishing the half-marathon, the second largest number in the history of the race! 'Takk' to all the tired but happy people who made this great event possible. Only thing to do now is to get preparing for next year!

There's been some fiendish fun with some young ghouls at our offices in Aberdeen....! With the help of our good friends and local charity of the year, Befriend a Child, some of our people 'carved' out some time to help a group of local children make petrifying pumpkins, frightening face-masks and play ghostly games for Halloween. Well done to you all for making it such a spook-tacular day!

Could you guess how much sugar is in your drink?? After a Health Awareness Week at our Barrow Terminals our colleagues found out just how much is in their daily beverage using our Sugar Board on 'Thirsty Thursday'. They also discussed healthy eating, local sports and activity clubs and the importance of mental health. Well done to everyone who took part and many thanks to the health advocates for their support!
